Notes: The Mother's Day Miracle. Watched the men's team play whilst having lunch with my son in the Coach and Horses, before heading into the stadium for the FA Cup Quarter Final. City scored after 6 minutes, and I am sure we all go that feeling of "here we go again!) We kept fighting though, and in the 6th minute of injury time Bethany England equalised to take us to extra time. They brought on Chloe Kelly during extra time - which felt like cheat mode to me, but we managed to take them to penalties. Goalkeeper Becky Spencer made two amazing saves - including one from Chloe Kelly - to take us through to the FA Cup Semi-final. I lost my voice for the following week after screaming and singing so much! One of the favourite games I have had the pleasure to be at, and one I will never forget!
