Notes: I strongly considered travelling to this game, and I have some regrets that I didn’t. Spurs utterly dominated and could easily have scored more, while Villa seemed to score with almost every chance they had. First Spurs goals for Gaupset, Hamano and Blakstad as well. Every time Villa scored, Spurs responded with two more within five minutes. I really wish I’d been there, but I still thoroughly enjoyed watching it on the telly.
